If so, yes. It doesn't take very much to plug the head supply jets and starve the heads for oil. That is super expensive to repair as it kills the heads/lifters/cams. It isn't difficult to remove the jets. Drill them and tap threads for a screw, then pull them with a small slide hammer. The check valves are a bit of a pain as they have a check ball and are two piece. drill/tap/pull the upper part, stick a magnet to your pick and fish the ball out, then drill/tap/pull the lower housing. If you are getting machine work done, just ask the machine shop to deal with the gallery plugs/cv's and jets.
